Normal for a guy to switch between dominate and submissive?

So uh I am a very nice, if not moody kinda guy. The few relationships I have had found my sexual needs too much or too bizarre to comprehend. I am naturally a submissive person but sometimes i feel dominant and it just bugs anyone I am with out to no end. As for having sex in general its been awhile, though most of my partners cant keep up with me in bed, I would like to keep going and going and sometimes my sub/dom side comes out and ruins the whole thing...are people just picky or do people out there adjust to this kind of change?

    It is odd if you switch in middle of sex. But not between sessions. Sounds like some kind if sexual bi-polar thing if your switching mid session

    Sometimes I like to be more in control in the sack, and sometimes I prefer that my guy take the lead. I think that it's very normal and healthy for those tendencies to vary, even on a daily basis (I'm also moody).
    As for freaking people out, I say wait until your partner trusts you implicitly with vanilla stuff. Then sort of organically mention/try some of your milder kinks. Ask her about her kinks, fantasies, etc. Offer to trade. Ask if you two can try something on the more unusual end of the pool for your birthday, Valentine's, etc.

    I'm the same, depends which mood I'm in. Sometimes i want to grab the bitch by the throat and ram her into the bed, which I have done lo. Other times I want to practically reverse the gender roles.

    Sometimes I feel the same way. Both of them are pretty fun. Just do what feels fun so long as your partner knows they can say "no".
