I'll pass and find another place to eat. Probably curse at the cook while I'm passing near the disgusting hole he calls a food establishment.
Honestly if you boil iy it would be very very sterile and flavorless and would tatse pretty nuch like normal pasta. Just don't tell people how you made it!
Boiling something doesn't remove flavors. A typical broth made using a buillon cube, which is comparable to ramen broth, is only about 2% solids. Urine can have anywhere from about 5% - 10% of it being solids most of which is carbamide most commonly referred to as urea. I can't find anything about the taste of carbamide specifically, but Phenylthiocarbamide (PTC) is supposed to be very bitter to most people, around 30% of the population can't taste it, it wouldn't be much of a stretch to assume urea itself acts in a similar way making what ever it's in very bitter to a majority of people tasting it and some of that would carry over to whatever you cooked in it as well.
Huh? What? You're planning on consuming human urine that's not even your own? You must have a very strong gag reflex.
