Whenever I'm having sex I make absolutely no noise no moans or anything even when I'm masturbating I don't make a sound

I don't think there is a problem with that, That crazy you have lost two boyrfriends over something like that! Oh well. We're all different. As long as you are enjoying it, I dont think it really matters.
When I was young me and my gf would sometimes have to have sex very quietly so we wouldn't get caught (parents in the next room, etc). I just got into the habit of being quiet and never made noise for a long time after that. Later, I dated a girl who hated that and worked to break me of it. She did, and I learned to make noise. Years later, me and my first gf got back together, and when we first had sex, she hated it because I never used to make noise before!!! (But most girls seem to prefer noisy over not noisy, and I assume most guys do too).
Not specifically moaners, but men need to pick up some clue that they're hitting the right spots so that they can do more of that. Just verbal encouragement will do the trick. You don't need to go all Meg Ryan on them.
