    I agree with it only because as a woman I can't go topless so the same should apply to men

    And the reason? I can see if it’s to lessen direct skin contact with machines that are shared with others.

      I think its more about it making the town look trashy and not as presentable. They're signing deals with a lot of big corporations coming out and I guess they want the town to look more sophisticated.

        I don’t see how shirtless men in a gym would make the town look “trashy”, but I don’t know your area. The word gymnasium comes from the Greek word “gymnos” which means naked, because the ancient Greeks worked out in the nude.

          I dont know the details just know the mayor has asked the gym owner to stop it. They are trying to develope the area which is lagging behind neighboring towns
