No one likes me

I'm an introvert also an extrovert sometimes more on social media.
But I never get attention. I rarely get likes as well even YouTube I get 1-7 views after 1 year.
Do I need to change myself and become a dramatic attention seeker.
I want more likes and views as well on tiktok following.

Social media is not real life.

Step away from the computer. Get a hobby where you do real stuff.

  • Content and personality isn’t enough to get anybody anywhere in the social media world.

You need either connections, luck, or money.

Making good content means nothing if people don’t know you’re there, the largest boosts in social media following is from a few things; Going viral (luck), collaboration with others who have a following (connection), or through advertising yourself (money).

So it isn’t so much that no one likes you, it’s that no one knows of you.

I don't know your feelings about negative attention. Trolls love it, and most of them are too naive to make it work. Master trollmanship is about being edgy in a realistic way. That's all I'm gonna say.

I dont agree with the person aboves post. It is about content too not just luck. I guarantee you if you run in a walmart, jump on the counter, and take a shit on the desk, you will get 1 million views.

I'm in the same boat as you

I don't get a lot of likes on social media (1-5). While yes sometimes I bothers me, it doesn't define myself and who I am as a person. I struggle with anxiety and a bit of depression, so I get why you would feel lonely.

My advice would be to get off your phone for a bit and take a nice walk. I do this from time to time and it's therapeutic.

Dude, post your youtube channel on relevant subreddits with something linking it in. My mate's got a history channel that's been up for about a 2 years, all he does is post-historical audiobooks, and he's got over 1 thousand subs

Reddit's a site where there are loads of subreddits, which are basically like forums where people post anything from questions to screenshots of their art relating to a particular topic. Think of something and there will probably be a subreddit for it. Like a particular game? There will be a subreddit for it, interested in stamps? There will be a subreddit for it.

It's about people clicking through to the video, and then your views/ subs go up. If you don't want it to seem like you're self-promoting, then I would post something like "what can I do to make this video better?", or "is the sound quality good enough for this video?"

What kind of videos do you make?

So how much attention would you be satisfied with? Ten views a month? A hundred? A thousand? A million? How many do you think you need in order to be truly happy, and how do you know that's true?

Anyone who wants to be famous just for the sake of being famous (as opposed to those who make a living out of being famous) has serious issues and is heading for problems. Constantly seeking the attention and approval of others is a fool's game, whether in real life or on social media. Once you get into that circus, it's all too easy to find that there's no such thing as enough. Lots of people may give you ego-strokes, but you'll always know there are loads more out there who haven't a clue that you exist, and quite a few people who literally hate you for what you're saying and doing.

Go find something in the real world that gives you joy when you're doing it. Leave social media to the fools who believe the likes and views they get indicate their value as a human being.

    • Isn't it easy making money and getting popular by just posting a video. I don't want to get ignored in crowd like always even in the group of friends.

You do know there is a lot of competition for attention on social media.
There does not seem to be much rhyme nor reason that some videos get so many views. The most popular ones are typically dumb and boring stuff.

    • It's makes me feel lonely. I'd love to don't know how to.
I used to play lot's of games but got distracted by others who are so lucky and loved by others.
      I wanted to prove myself.
I'll just engage myself in some work

I imagine most people who are popular on social media probably do not have any better or more of real life friends than what you do.

At first glance, I could get it.
You dont always fit in in social situations.
But in looking at the back and forth I see its online attention Youre worried about.
    I feel bad for you.
    But only for a second.
Youre seeking the wrong thing, but its your choice.
