I'm 18, and any time Ive tried to get it on with someone I just cant get it up. If im alone I have no problems at all though. Its so awkward and embarassing, so I tend to like only relationships. How can I help myself?!
Maybe you are scared? Perhaps of not performing adequately, or you have little confidence in your body? You are scared so you freeze, unable to become aroused?
Some sort of mental block, perhaps? You should try seeing a sex therapist, some sort of specialist will exist who can help you. I don't think this would be an uncommon problem.

you might not be ready for sex yet, if your sure your ready, and your with someone you love go for it just relax and be your self.
Maybe it's cuz ur body is use to u always jacking off that when it's time to actually have sex you can't do it on your own . Try not madterbating for a long awhile that way it can use to standing on it's own when ur actually horny
Sounds unfortunate but you could always ingest some viagra before sex.
