No feeling of opposite touch

Is it normal for a guy not to feel the sensation and get aroused when a girl touches you. I don't mean ordinary touch but her using her hand to rub your body or her romancing. A lot of guys enjoy this and some may even get a bonar from such. As for me i don't. What could have caused this? Is there any other guys who feel the same way? How many percent normal is this?
