  • I have this too, plus dizziness and always being thirsty. At first I thought diabetes because my dad has it, but then I thought maybe anemia. No idea, so someone should probably reply to this.

Are you eating enough during the day? Are you getting enough sleep at night? Are you exercising? These are all factors that contribute to having a lack of energy.

yes, go to a doctor, get a blood test. you might have anemia, or something worse.

Start drinking filtered water and taking aromatherapy. You need hobbies and sleep therapy. You may have an underlying health condition.

you may be anemic. This means you have a lack of iron in your blood. Its nothing serious and a blood test will diagnose it.

You sound like a lazy piece of....only joking. lol

I am exactly the same Works a drag and i feel tired during the day yet strangely wide awake at night, its called the vampire effect.

Try a hobby or look for a career change and do something you enjoy. (other than the TV)

if you're sure it's not just you bein lazy, there are chemical imbalances that can cause lethargy, but it could also be somethin as simple as not gettin a good enough diet, or not exercisin enough. If you live a healthy lifesyle but still have problems, talk to a GP about it.
