No dreams

I have no dreams. I even cannot remember when was the last time I had some dream during sleep. And it is somehow deprivating because in the past and as a child I used to have dreams. Such sleep is as uncousciousness, I only fall asleep and wake up in the morning as if the whole night lasted just one minute. Is it normal? I want my dreams back, what should I do?

Taking vitamin B6 helps you to remember your dreams, as does just lying in bed trying to remember them when you wake up in the morning.

  • I read somewhere that if you're dreaming, you're not snoring. And vice versa. :)

Yea I have not had a dream in forever, I know I have dreams because I can remember a seriously miniscule amount, but I can't remember them. So yes it is completley normal

yes, it is normal to have "nothing" dreams.
No matter what, the entire time your asleep you do dream, it's just wether or not you remember said dreams.

1.tell yourself you want to remember these dreams.
2.Dont rush out of bed in the morning, just lay there for a few moments, clear minded. One might pop up out of nowhere.

I'm not saying these will work everytime but with paitence you'll start remembering.

    good luck

Perfectly normal, I'm 16 and I was dreaming last time when I was about 10 years old. There are some rare exceptions, though. Ah, I don't miss my dreams, never liked them.
