Nightmares are usually classified as scary dreams right? I want to know if a dream which felt so real and resembled your daily life but scared you (because emotional fears occured during the dream) can also be a nightmare.

    We all have repressed fears just beneath the surface. The world can be scary and confusing. But it's not cool to admit you're vulnerable at times. You're brain is trying to deal with your confusion and fear when you dream.
