I Moved to Germany from the US a few months ago and I have to pee in the Middle of the Night.It used to Be Fine back Home. It has already been a few months and I have no more Jet lag.I have also come to realize I Need to pee more often during the Day.

    Not random. Get checked for Diabetes. Diet and exercise can take care of it. Get off the sugar, as that is the first signal.

    If you are a man, and over 25, get your prostate checked too. Seriously.
