kinda like how chewing cotton freaks me out. i dont actually chew cotton, but if i did, i imagine it would be terrible.
Yeah it is normal. I used to get these soccer jerseys that were synthetic and I would hate the feeling of my fingers on it but somehow it was fun. Just like rubbing my head on the seat of my car it gives you chills kind of.
Try using those barbecue tongs or some salad tossers so that you can leave it out for a bit before using it.
I'm like that about new tissues, card board , cotton balls, velvet and anything similar to those. The feeling is horrible!
There are lots of things like that for me, particularly cotton wool but also treated wood and some materials if they're not rough enough. Cotton wool is the worst though, I begin to gag if I have to touch it.
Yesss!!! I can't stand to touch cotton.
Kinda similar to napkins, yes?
I don't know why, but the feel of cotton has always made me cringe.
I hate it.
You're normal.
i get that feeling when my teeth touch paper or card stock.. discovered it when they drug across the paper inside an almond joy. not fun..
even thinking about it makes me feel blahhhggh
Ugh. I get that with pencils when the wood starts scratching on the paper. A lot of people have that feeling, but with different things. My art teacher has it for construction paper.
