I'm 19 about to enter my second year of college, and i've never been kissed or even had sex, i can talk to girls no problem after i initially get to know them, i'm shy at first with all people, but when the thoughts of going after one of the girls even enters my head, i can't follow through. I fear getting rejected, alot, so it it normal, my situation that is?
of course it's normal. i'm 18 and still a virgin, and never even had a serious bf. not everything happens before you're a certain age..it just doesn't.
Naww. Of course it is normal. -^-^- I'm shy too >-< But what is life without it's adventures? Love is a wonderful thing that would be awful to never feel. And you can't expect any adventure to come if you're cowering in the shadows. I'm 4 years younger than you and am pretty much in the same situation. I never give things a try because I'm too scared of how things could turn out. But, I bet, if we both go out there and speak our hearts then we'll do absoloutely fine. SO you go for it dude ;]
I don't see how it isn't normal. I'm also 19 and in college, and I know tons of people who are afraid of being rejected, both guys and girls. It's one of those things where you just got to go for it, whether or not you're nervous about getting rejected, you know?

I've noticed it's fairly common these days for some men, usually those devoted to learning, to get a girlfriend until their mid-20's. In teenage years there is a pool of guys who are active, and smaller pool of females who end up with boyfriend after boyfriend (see above).

Yeah Sure You Might Get Turned Because This Is Your First Time. But Your Not Alone Tell Some Of Your Friends To Bring Their Date And Go To A Restaurant Together So It's Easier To Talk And Have A Good Time. Then Go To A Theme Park Or Somewhere Fun. But Make Sure To Give Your Date Lots Of Attention. Theres Tons Of Girls Out There Not All Of Them Are Going To Say Yes And Not All Of Them Are Going To Say No. Plus Whats There To Loose But An Opportunity. And Protection Never Hurt Anyone. F*cking A!!!
You are normal. Please just listen to yourself and then you will see the correct time to follow through. I don't know why we always need to rush these types of encounters. You are not abnormal whatsoever. Take Care!

I am 19, but a girl and have also never kissed anyone or had sex. Don't rush or worry about it, enjoy yourself and the right person will come along.
