Is it normal that i am 20 years old have never gone out on a date kissed anyone done anything at all with a person of the opposite or same sex.
your situation is not unusual. please ignore the dark minded on this site (there are many). you must ease into intimate physical contact with the people you feel most comfortable around.

Please tell me that your focus on school and other important things is why you didn't have time for interpersonal relationships, but now that you are nearing the end of your studies, you are going to get on with that part of your life?
Please tell me you didn't sit up in your room for the last 4 to 6 years, being alone and lonely, and you did come out of it with a 4.0+ GPA!
I dis focus on school while in high school never did good i alway got board and never paid attention until i switched school and worked at my own speed and finished in four months with a 4.0 GPA i always took a lot of work home and had 4 months off plus summer after i got a job for a while and now I'm joining the army following my biggest dream and i usually exercised after school and went home watched tv and had no life out of that never even got asked out but my twin did even do people tell me I'm better looking than her
If I'd take what you've written literally. It clearly isn't normal to never have done anything with anyone.
But I think I know what you mean, and it's normal.
Join the club, except technically I have gone out on a date before. But that's really it for an experience with a girl beyond that of friendship that I've ever had.
