Nervous about dancing with the ladies

Is it normal to feel pressures when dancing to feel like your being judged on another lvl? like i've been told that women associate dancing with sex. something about rytheme being used in both? anyway for me thats stressful cause i'm a virgin. so i feel like when i'm dancing close up with a women and she starts jukin me i don't know really what to do. is it normal normal to be nervous about this?

    I usually get nervous about dancing. Just try to let go and realize that no one is judging you, it's all in your head.

    normal to be nervous. being a virgin is only an issue if you are an adult. if you are a teen or early 20s, no big deal.

    just coz you a virgin dont mean you cant be a good dancer jus go with the beat of the music, remember its all in the hips, dont go waving your arms about like a crazy fool and under no circumstance headbang (unless its metallca lol)

      It may be easy for you to just go with the beat, but I have the same problem as this guy. I am always afraid to interact with anybody at some kind of event that includes dancing. Its hard for me.
