I agree with Bazwell, i think that fetishes are normal as long as you aren't putting unreasonable demands on people. Dont call a fetish normal or unnormal because basically a fetish is what sexually satisfies YOU and only you. I would recommend that you allow the normalcy of this preference be determined partially by how much it affects your sexual satisfaction as a whole. If partners are ending relationships with you because of what they feel are unreasonable demands on your part that they be donned in all manner of footwear, then yes, I’d say it is pretty abnormal.
