Naturally flat or breast implants?

I'd rather be flat chested than have implants. I hate the idea of people going to such lengths.

natural is ALWAYS the best.

Id rather have small real ones over big fakes. I dont care if they are small.

If you have a beautiful body and really small boobs... I think it's completely fine. You can still be a very attractive and sexy woman.
But if the small breasts come with a larger body in a way that it's a-symetrical and not nice to look at, then ok, get some fake boobs.

But really, fake boobs are not a good solution. Think about how you lose your sensitivity in your nipples... I think in any way you should avoid the implants.

Some of these comments are very ignorant. Just because someone gets implants, does NOT mean they are huge or fake looking. There's millions of women in the US who have them and with most of them, you can't tell they are fake. Even nude, you can't tell. It also doesn't necessarily mean someone is insecure-yes, some people do have issues but MOST people don't have severe psychological issues just because they get surgery. Many times it's a corrective or reconstructive surgery. You also shouldn't lose any sensation anywhere. My incisions were done around my nips and I didn't lose ANY sensation whatsoever nor can you even discern the scar. And don't listen to what any guy says about the subject, they are happy to see or touch ANY boob, fake or not. No guy is going to reject a girl for having fake boobs if he likes her otherwise.

plastic is plastic. I dont even eat off of plastic plates or out of plastic bowls, why the hell would a want my woman to have plastic in her?

I'm naturally small-chested (not necessarily flat), and I'd still dislike altering my body. It costs too much, they look god awful, and you know lots of guys prefer small boobs over large ones. (Pokes) I'm keepin' these puppies.

I say do whatever makes you as a person happy it shouldn't matter what other people say or think it is your body you are the one who has to live with it for the rest of your life. I personally have some nice sized boobs but yeah sure there are other things about my body I would like to change, but I don't because I love myself and found peace with my inner and outer beauty. Having confidence and loving who you are is more important thabn whether or not you are flat chested or have implants.

Here's how I define fake boobs: if they come off with her bra they are fake.

If the bra comes off and they are still there, if I can touch them, they are real.

They don't perform millions of augmentations each year, at considerable expense, because men and women are dis-satisfied with them.

Implants are the best thing since electricity.

a girl with implants seems like she might be lowly and insecure, but a flat chested isn't really attractive to many. personally, i'd go for neither.

Whatever makes YOU happy. I've been both of these, I'm happy about having implants. More than happy. Indescribable.

I think small breasts are cute on certain girls, I would rather have a girl with small than massive breasts. But personality comes first.

I only like natural boobs. And I find small breasts much more attractive than large breasts mainly because they are usually very perky. That's just me though.

I'd agree with those who've said do what makes you happy. But given that some people might not stop growing til around 25, I'd say it might be a good idea to wait before making that type of decision.

I don't mind either way, I just care that whoever I'm with is happy with herself. If she's happy, I'm happy. If she's not happy, I'll try and make her happy.
