I personally believe it means that have a healthy attitude about their body. There is nothing wrong with your body or being nude in private. Among some people it can cause problems in public.

If you enjoy it at home so much: You might wish to visit a nudist club and try it among people who consider it normal.

Only perverts and insecure people have issues with nudity.

At home and any chance I get! I jog late at night totally nude. I used to take some panties and jogging shorts with me, just in case. I now just do it naked. Haven’t been “caught” yet!

This is maybe a bit off the point, but I'll share it anyway. Years back a bloke called Spencer Tunic was in Australia and asking people to volunteer for outdoor photo's of nude crowds of people. Some friends and I volunteered (in the middle of a Melbourne winter too!): the photo shoot was fairly early on a Sunday morning in the middle of the city, so not many people were around, except for one lone religious nut with signs about god not approving of nudity. I kid you not. That would be why we're born fully clothed? I wish I'd said at the time, but I was too busy laughing, which did warm me up a bit.

I don't have problem with people hanging around naked in their own homes as long as they don't leave their blinds, and or curtains open, and they don't answer their doors like that.
