Not illegal to be naked in your home, though if it is perceived as harassment or in general a disturbance someone could report it. Though you wouldn't go to jail unless it was multiple reports like playing your tunes too loudly.

Nudist resorts are the best way for you to avoid trouble with the law. You could also open window blinds then push the bottom half closed so that you are visible only from the waist up.
