Nail biting

Its pretty normal and common but so bad for you, my friend is a serial nail biter and she got a bad infection from chewing her nails down to the pink. She had to get intravenous antibiotics. Not to mention that nasty germs live under your nails.

OMG i can stop biting my nails its freakin inpossible for me iv tried everything except cutting my fingers off! Is this normal?
