I've noticed lately that my nails have really been growing well. They seem to be so much stronger than usual, and they are growing faster. It's actually hard to type! I don't know why they're growing so much better and faster. My diet hasn't changed.

My hair has also started growing faster, which is odd. I'm happy my nails and hair are getting longer faster... but it makes me wonder what's going on.

Some people are telling me these are possible signs of pregnancy. I've taken a few tests, and they've been negative... so I don't think that's what it is. Anyone have any other
ideas??

    Older sister keeps her nails very long, polished, and incredibly sexy. They grow on their own. Diet is part of it, vitamins, good care so they don't break and have to heal before growing, and, caution with using her hands. I've done so many things for her just so she won't break those amazing nails. And they do seem to get longer during the Summer.

    Same with her long hair. Just takes care of it, doesn't overdo it with all the products, and it's been past her waist long. If you hair and nails are long and growing, that just means you're taking care of yourself.

    I find my nails grow faster in the summer than during winter...
