My younger sister, around 14, is shy around our mom

Okay here we go..
So, my sister is 14. 5 Years younger than me. Our relationship is strong, so she tells me almost everything(i think). Recently, she told me about her urge to become.. I'm not sure.. more.. sexy? Hot?(LOL). Lately, she's been wanting to show her cleavage, hang out with boys, party more you know, teenage girl stuff.
But the main problem- we're asians. Asian moms are more suspicious with their kids, well, they notice more. So basically, my sister is afraid to show our mom that she's growing up, because of the fact that Mom might not enjoy that fact. Is this normal! please help :)

    It's normal for a teenager to be shy around their mom. Especially if they're worried that their mom will disapprove.
