My voice sounds different in recordings
I feel like my voice is higher in recordings. It seems like in real life it's really deep, and then in a video, its really high and annoying. Like a chipmunk. Anyone else like this?

that's because when you hear yourself talking it essentially echoes in your head giving it a deeper sound than normal
I used to think I sounded weird in recordings, but the truth is my voice has actually always been quite deep. I used to work in radio which is where I learned to love my voice from having to wear headphones.
