The things that trigger sexual arousal vary widely between people. It's something that happens in parts of our brain that we don't have conscious control over, and all we can control is what we do in response to becoming sexually aroused.
Many women find foot-rubs very pleasurable, and you finding stimulation of your feet much more than merely enjoyable doesn't mean there's something wrong with you. Being sexually aroused - actually wanting to have sex - happens in other parts of the brain. This is one of the reasons why a woman might really want to have sex, but find that her vagina has not lubricated. It's also why women who very definitely do not want to have sex can find that their vagina is wet. This false belief can lead to women who have been raped to wonder if they subconsciously wanted it to happen. What makes it worse is that it is possible for a woman to have an orgasm while being raped as a purely physiological response.
