Whenever a girl talks about liking anal or I am with a girl that has no problem letting me stick it in her butt, I automatically kind of think she is a bit of a whore who has probably had many partners..I know this is kind of a faulty way of thinking but I just can't help it and view it as kind of slutty. What do you think?
I think it's a fair assumption that she is sexually adventurous, and has had anal at least a few times before.

Generally speaking I agree with the OP. If a woman is experienced enough to have her ass stretched to the point where she knows she likes that and wants it, it's a good bet she's well "experienced."
