If someone told me to speak my mind about Math, this would be my answer: M.A.T.H. Mental abuse to humans. Maths needs to grow up and solve it's own problems, and really, Maths is the only place where i buy 92 watermelons, shares them with my friends multiples what's left by my shoe size...and no one wonders why?! I'm still waiting for the day that I will actually use xy+(4 20)>x-5y( 2 + 9 - 7) in real life.

    I'm sure you will look back on this post and laugh, when you grow up. Children don't really need a lot of math, but an adult uses it every single day, at the supermarket, at the gas station, shopping for clothes, knowing how many miles to the gallon their car gets, or in your case how many days so much money will get you on the bus to get you where you want to go.

      EXACTLY! Listen up kids. Math is not something you use when you are a kid. But join the adult world of work, and you'll need it everyday. If you don't know it, you'll do dead-end work for the rest of your life.

      Even waitresses need to know how to calculate a 15% tip.

    Mathematics is used to solve the equations of the universe.
    Actually some people have devoted their entire life to use maths to solve the mystery of everything.

    If you have any interest in cosmology or the universe you must do maths.

        I love maths so its likely impossible. You know like infinity + 1 concept, its just a ridiculous thought, you being like me! Now I've heard everything, the things kids say nowadays. Oh well you brought a tear to my eye.

    I agree with you. Math is kind of a waste of time for most people. You should concentrate on writing though. That's an important skill to have. I mean you should concentrate on writing a lot more.
