You can try more sun exposure... but be careful!! Make sure to use sun block!!! I totally burnt my thighs yesterday. Very painful! I had forgotten how much sunburns can hurt...

    • Second it. Try adding sunlight to those pure white thighs.

You could try tanning to help the white appearance but that isn't very healthy. Maybe a fake tan? Try and get one that isn't too dark since you have very fair skin. As for the red dots, do you shave your thighs? Because sometimes, I get little red dots from shaving. The dots are like where the hair follicles are. You could try exfoliating and moisturizing you legs, I find that sometimes helps :)

Are you female? Do the red spots come after you shave? They may be due to ingrown hairs.
Also, white thighs just means that they haven't been exposed to the sun. Unless the rest of you is, say, African American, no reason to worry.
Get the dots checked out, though.

from what you tell it seems like you have the skin type which doesn't get tanned but becomes as red as a lobster when exposed to sunlight, so if you have that type of skin, more exposure to sunlight wouldn't be a good idea. but you know better about your skin.

It's KP, aka keratosis pilaris. I have it on the back od my thighs too and it's a pain.

The best ways to reduce - if not get rid of - it are exfoliating once or twice a week and moisturising them.

Also, when it comes to having hair removed, waxing is the way forward as it peels off the top layer of skin (including the excess little bits of skin that cause KP)
