My teeth?!

My teeth were a mess and I got braces for a Few years, I had them taken off and had to wear a plastic mouth guard which was moulded for my teeth. I missed a couple of nights and one tooth moved (gutted) and the dentist said you can have a wire (bonded retainer) onto the back of my 6 front teeth to stop them moving and just wear the plastic guard one night a week. So I did that.
It's been great Id go whenever it broke off.. Basically is a wire running alon the back of my 6 teeth on each tooth is a blob of glue to hold it. So I needed a new plastic guard making to fit...

Whenever one would break they'd take the old glue blob off and replace it now they had to get it the exact same so the mouth guard would fit.

My dentist went private so each time I go it's £60 which might be nothing to you, but to me it's a lot. Unless it breaks again 6 months apart then it's free.

My wire broke, I went to the dentist and he fixed it, a week later it broke again, he fixed it, the same day it broke I went back and he polished my tooth as he was doing so he took off part of the wire and it wasnt long enough, he added a bit in and on one tooth he put way to much glue on, said my plastic guard was fine and rushed me out... It wasnt fine.. It doesn't fit idk what to do, phone them? And risk paying again or will it still be guaranteed a second time? Try and file it myself? Or what?
Cause if it breaks again and my plastic guard doesn't fit... My teeth will move, appointments aren't the best to get :(
