My teacher is attracted to my bf -_- 99% sure...weirded out...help.

Me and my boyfriend have a class together (chemistry; ha, ironic) and our college professor flirts with him and even "nudged" his grades so he ended up with an A.

She even got ahold of his phone number and texts him, (she is in her 50's, and he is 19) asking for favors or will also casually try to text him. I personally am weirded out by the entire situation. She found out that we were dating, two of her favorite students, and wants him to keep her posted on our hot romance. She also has invited him to the bar, and calls him a tease whenever he wears cologne and enters her office.

He does not see anything wrong with trying to get a better grade, and therefore does not "shut her down" so to speak to risk falling out of favor; note, he does not flirt back. He also does not think it is a big deal.

However, I think her behavior is inappropriate, and my bf needs to ignore her flirtatiously-overtoned texts. What is your take on the situation? Am I overreacting? I possibly am, but cannot help feeling slightly weirded/grossed out by her seeming attraction to my boyfriend. Has anyone ever experienced a similar situation, and what did you do?

    It is pretty obvious that she is being a horny old woman that wants your boyfriend balls deep in her butthole.       It is fairly obvious she is 50, and she has not stayed in shape. She talks about her poops in class and a variety of other topics. I think she just has a young mind and wants to be that cool and hip professor. She used to hit on another one of my classmates, who was older, but he dropped the class. Ever since then she has been flirty with my boyfriend, so I agree she is definitely a horny old woman :/

    Yeah my 50 year old english teacher was a pervert and used to look up my girlfriends dress in class and flirt with her after class.

    I told him it was inappropriate behavior and I would report it if he continued to do it. He told me he did not know what I was talking about, but it was clear he did. He stopped after that moment but my grades slipped unjustifiably. It's funny how immature adults can be.

    Her behaviour is inappropriate, but if it doesn't bother your boyfriend, then it shouldn't bother you either.

    You and your boyfriend are adults and are (hopefully) capable of maturely maintaining your boundaries with this older woman. It's not as if she's going to kidnap and rape him.

    But, yeah, it's creepy, and different---since it's usually older men who aggressively pursue younger women. So, I think you're normal to feel a *tiny* bit weirded out.

    What is your college's position on professor-student relationships? This sounds like you are in a tricky position. In some ways, you should be glad that she's not trying to get her revenge and tear the two of you apart. Perhaps, the thought of you two being together turns her on? You probably shouldn't be too concerned unless she actually tries to proposition him for sex. Then you or him would have to report her.

    Well you could always have a threesome... Seriously though, women and men of all ages get horny and want to have sex. Your professor has seen someone she wants and unlike most people who just lust quietly, she is going after what she wants. Your best option is to make sure your boyfriend is happy and getting all the sex he wants and he won't be straying.

      And how did that screw up your life? Back when I was a kid, I would have killed to have that happen to me. There was a male science teacher and a girl who used to inventory the chemicals a whole lot. Quite a few of the students knew what was going on and most of us guys who did were jealous of him being able to nail her. There were some female teachers we would have loved to have sex with. At that age, sex was even more on our minds than it is as we got older...

    But I can help with your vocab. Ironic means happening in the opposite way that was expected. For example, a drug dealer who can't find any pot. Although irony is often used in more broad ways, the trick is to remember that irony involves things that are the opposite of what you'd expect
