      That's an outrageous assumption: the vast majority of rapes aren't reported to police: the majority of reported rapists aren't charged and of those charged, only a small proportion are convicted.

        Seems like there's not a problem with "reporting" in THIS situation - which is what I was commenting about - but, she comes to IIN instead of police. I was just stating the obvious, and putting things in perspective.
