Ok here is the low down- ever since I was a kid I have noticed that some of my sneezes smelled funny...different this does not happen regularly but it does happen. Only recently have I come to a conclusion that I have honey sneezes the smell lingers for a while, Its kida musty and sweet, Is this normal?
It's a nasal infection. I used to get them regularly and I always thought it smelled like pollen or flowers but honey is a pretty good description, yeah.
They're not dangerous and they tend to go away fairly quickly. However, if you're getting a lot of infections, it could be a sign your immune system isn't as strong as it could be. Lots of fresh fruit, vegetables, grains, and cut down on sugar and fried food. Oh, and caffeine isn't good for you. It's a diuretic and makes you pee out lots of the good stuff you've put in.
