My sleep patterns and dreams have become crazy!!!

I used to fall asleep easily, and most times did not dream at all. Recently, I have been having trouble falling asleep and some nights i will start to sweat extremely bad when im trying to fall asleep, like to the point that my hair is damp. Every night now for the past 3 weeks i have been having the craziest, scariest, most random, and real-feeling dreams of my life. Then i will wake up periodically through the night with this insatiable thirtst. Then upon falling back to sleep i have ANOTHER crazy dream. I thought maybe it was due to stress, but it is not. My job is going great, i am out of college for the summer so i dont have to worry about that, and my relationship is great. No stress factors in my life right now. Sooo my question is why is this happening to me.

if you can't sleep, you could go to a health food store and buy otc sleep supplements. They actually do work. I tried them. Try Irwin Natural's brand Power to Sleep PM. If that doesn't work, buy some gaba supplements (around 700mg works for me). Gaba is a natural inhibitory neurotransmitter that will help temporarily reduce the excitatory neurotransmitters in your brain like dopamine that make it hard to sleep when you're not tired enough.

I wonder if it could have something to do with cortisol levels? idk. I would ask a doctor if it's very severe. the supplements should help temporarily though. I tried some weak prescription sleep aid from a doctor once and the natural supplements I mentioned worked just as well if not better. The gaba is more powerful to use when you're not tired at all, but I only use it as a last resort if I can't sleep. The other pills are a more balanced combo of different sleep aids, so I figured it might be healthier and more natural because it promotes a milder increase in a variety of neurotransmitters like melatonin and other ones that help you sleep.

I'm going through the same thing, and I don't know what is causing it. I really wish I could help because, man, it really sucks! Its been going on for me for months though. Sadface.

Could be vitamins or sugar imbalance you really need to see a doctor because those can be pre signs of diabetes. Frequent urination is also a one of the signs.
