every time i see my sisters face, i have to take a crap. no joke. personally i think she is not the most attractive person i have ever met, but is she really that ugly?? now she is really starting to wonder why i never look her in the face. im not sure i can really tell her that her face makes me want to crap. and its not even that i want to. i have to or else i will crap my pants. what do i do and is this normal??

    You've probably just conditioned yourself to have to take a crap when you look at your sister's face by looking at your sister's face when you already had to take a crap, so now when you look at your sister's face you have to take a crap even if you didn't before you looked at your sister's face. The same sort of thing happened to me when I had a CD player alarm clock--I left the same CD in there for ages and then whenever I heard that CD at other times I felt like I needed to wake up for something even though I was already awake. It was weird.

    After listening to that CD a lot at times other than to wake me up it doesn't really have that effect anymore, so I would suggest that you try looking at your sister's face a lot right after you take a crap. If you've just taken a crap it's unlikely that you will have to take another one even if you look at your sister's face and looking at her face but not having to take a crap will help reduce the need to have a crap when you look at her face in the future.

    Its not a mental illness but it is a trick your mind plays on you. Everytime you see her, you are used to having to crap at that moment. Fight that and after a while it should be fixed.
