My younger sister, 13, is dating a 16 year old. They both really like each other. The two of them want to go out to a restaurant this coming Friday. Should I be worried about her? Is it normal for my sister to date a 16 year old?

    Where the fuck is your sister's mother and why is she not doing her job as a parent, instead of you?
    13 is a child, and has no more business going on a date with a boy ANY age, than she has working on the International Space Station. Get a grip!

    Just keep an eye on her. Nothing is worse than a little girl who grows up to hate her brother because he didn't do anything to protect her.

    Interrogate him about his intentions and then make it very awkward for him. He might be trying to use her for sex after all she's only a child.
