My sister does this every night

I just noticed that every day at 5:25 AM my sister wakes up to go the bathroom and goes back to sleep, even though she has to wake up 30 minutes later anyways. Is this normal?

    I think maybe she's sleepwalking when she does this. Question her about it and see if she remembers going to the bathroom.

    I do that too, I just randomly wake up and have to pee really bad so I go, then go back to bed. It's always at like 6:45. Lol, always!!

    I toss around until it gets too uncomfortable and then take a piss. By that time all my sleepiness is gone and I'm staring at the ceiling until the alarm goes off. When it does...all the sleepiness comes back and I fall asleep. God loves fucking with me

    Yeah but she could stay out of bed for the rest of the time till 6am but an extra half hour in bed is always nice. Guess she gets up because she needs to go too bad and can't hold it for another half hour.
    Leave her be, she aint hurting anyone...

    I go through periods of waking up at a certain time everynight and having to pee. Normal.

      I never sleep. Ever.
      I asked her about it today and she said she sets an alarm to wake up and put her clothes in the dryer, go to the bathroom, and then goes back to sleep. Seems kinda pointless to me.
