My sexual health!

I am 24 years Old and a really shy guy. I am gay but that's not problem here I want to discuss. I had many affairs in my past but never had sexual experience although many of my ex' were interested. The problem here is that I have white pimple like stuff of my balls and also have pain too sometimes. I visited many doctors but they all say that no there is no pain its just that you get mentally conscious. but NO i really feel the severe pain sometimes, even can't walk or run when its happening. The pimple like stuff comes and goes and sometimes its much bigger and whitish than an average pimple size. its hard too and whatever it contains inside is not like a fluid thing. I also went for laser treatment to remove these but after 3 months they were appearing again. I really feel bad pain in my balls , especially left one and I don't know what should I do. Net search shows many people with this problem but not with such a pain. Is it Normal?
