You might be pigeon-chested but that usually happens in the middle of the chest. I really think you should see a doctor.
it is normal. It is just uncommon. I have the same thing (but im a girl). I was having pain in rib that stuck out so i went to a doctor and got it checked out. They did this thing thats like what they do on pregnant woman to check it out. It turned out it was an inward chest. My left rib sticks out and my right is just normal. I researche about "inward chests". And i foun this website: http://www.cincinnatichildrens.org/health/info/chest/diagnose/pectus-excavatum.htm
it talks about what an iward chest is and whats it called and about the surgery you can get for it.
Look up poland's syndrome, sounds like that might be it. My nephew has it and it's not common but it's usually not harmful.
I dont think its the actual ribcage cause I know one is smaller than the other
Dude. I give you a first hand experience: go to a doctor and ask his opinion. This can be a "no worries" or maybe something needs more attention, since it may start to push your organs. No worries about the doc, he wont chop your head off, but you should know the opinion of an expert!
