If you're constantly dribbling semen or urine, that's not normal; a couple of drops is normal.

Doing a sort of milking thing along the length of your penis after you urinate and giving it a little shake should clear most of what's left in the urethra.

As for semen, my personal experience is that it's impossible to get rid of all of that immediately after orgasm. I haven't looked into it, but I suspect the gland that produces seminal fluid and the prostate continue to ooze juice for a while after orgasm. For me, it's just a few drops, but I'm sure the normal variation between people means there are guys who leak a lot more than that. The sphincter that holds back urine is upstream from where those secretions enter the urethra, so you can't stop this. If you find it a problem for some reason, you could try wrapping a piece of paper towel or something else absorbent around the tip of your penis after you masturbate.

Not normal, that's seriously messed up. Penises are never supposed to release any liquids.
You need to go to a doctor and have your penis removed immediately.

Can't imagine how much hardware is used all over the world to store mindless troll garbage like your post.

Yeah, but social media nonsense is directed to someone... So it still has a purpose... kinda. But this post? It's idiocy at it's finest.

It's failing trolling 101 and somehow being proud about it.

Okay. Well, I was talking to some guy who deleted their reply to doesnormalmatter's comment. That is what created this seperate comment. They were essentially accusing doesnormalmatter of responding to his own post. I asked them how they knew it was doesnormalmatter, so they deleted their reply because they didn't know it was him.

It was some guy who responded to your post that said "Normal." with (essentially) "I guess you don't actually want help if you're just going to comment normal on your own post."

    Don't masturbate. Problem solved.
    And yes, it's normal.
It's like when there's still water in the hose (literally).
