When you say your penis "goes up" when you think of Ms Basinger, do you mean it detaches itself and floats up hundreds of feet into the sky?
If so, you may have a problem.
Does it come back down again when you stop thinking about Ms Basinger or do you have to shoot it down with a 12 gauge?
Perhaps if you kept your zipper permanently closed and wore fine-meshed netting over your entire body, the chances of vertical penis-loss would be significantly reduced. Or you could just try thinking abour Roseanne Barr instead of Kim Basinger.
