So when i’m fully erect my penis is quite hard, and I know that sounded stupid but it gets so hard that the shaft has barely any flexibility. While i’m flaccid though, it is quite normal and flexible. What i’m asking is, has anyone else seen this before and what are your thoughts on my situation?

Very normal. When I'm hard there is still a tiny bit of flex to my penis, but if I'm really, really turned on and full of energy, I get so hard it sometimes hurts. Feels like my dick is about to explode.
At a guess, you're a young guy. What you describe is perfectly normal for a young, healthy man, and my first reaction was to wonder why the hell you even thought to ask the question.
But then I wondered if your understanding of how a normal erect penis is relies on what you've seen in porn. Erections in porn are often at least a little bendy for several possible reasons. It's just another little way in which porn differs from the real world.
I strongly urge you not to test the inflexibility of your erect penis too forcibly. Penile fracture is a real thing; if you force an erect penis to bend, it is possible to rupture the internal structures that fill with blood during an erection. My understanding is that it isn't necessarily painful and it can _usually_ be corrected by surgery if it's performed soon after the event, but it's really something you want to avoid.
BTW, one of the most common ways for a penis to be fractured is during vigorous sex in the cowgirl position. If the thrusts are full-penis length, and the woman comes down hard angling back while the penis is tilted forward in its natural position, the penis can be bent and then crushed between her pubic bone and the guy's with her full weight coming down on it.

yep, normal, sometimes if you relax a little you will still be erect but you will have a little more flexibility meaning you can pick someone up and fuck them like that making it easier
I'm sure everyone's penises get that hard. Mine does and I think its normal.
