My odd question would you still love them?

If you were a gay male/female and someone is a cross dresser and oppisate sex of you but pretending to be the gender you are into. You do not realize this until after you have already fallen for them. Would you still date this person even if you are gay and they are the wrong gender? That never told you till after you loved them?

    If I were gay and the person in question turned out to be a cross dresser then I would have to leave them. I couldn't force myself to be sexually attracted to them, it doesn't work that way. I'd love them, but without that sexual attraction then it is a platonic relationship.

      Well it could apply to straight people. Just gays seem to not care as much about the cross dressing thing. A lot of straight people seem to be bothered by it. So if you liked someone of the opposite sex and they turned out to be the same sex would you be with them anyways.

    What, so they lied about their gender the whole time?:S That's hardly a trait I like. Also, I'm pretty sure I'd find out what gender they were eventually.

      Ditto. If I were gay and the person I was dating turned out to have been crossdressing and pretending to be my gender, I would dump him not because he was the opposite gender, but because he made such an effort to lie about it. The whole relationship was a complete lie because I wouldn't have been love with the person I was dating, I would have been in love with a fictional person.

    Its never okay to lie about these things. But i would continue dating and showing that person i care for him/her no matter what gender. And maybe he/she learns that there is no need in lying next time.

    Well if I fell for said one I'd sure forgive him/her but it would be a platonic relationship since I would not be attracted to him/her sexually... If I was bisexual, I though twice about it^^

    Most people have a little bit of gay in them, but because of how they are raised and the media, they choose to bury it. But ALL people have a little bit of straight in them due to science/biology.
