My nose sweats like a cold, wet dog's nose!!

I would like to know why my nose sweats. Tiny little beads of sweat form on the entire surface of my nose (external) and I have to wipe them away with my hand or a tissue. It doesn't matter if it is cold or warm. It just happens. I cannot figure out any common situations when it sweats. Makeup and powder help a little bit, but it is very strange and I need some serious explanation because physiologically, it shouldn't happen, right?

i always had problems with my nose sweating and tried a number of things to stop it from botox, deodorants, baby powder, etc. None of that ever solved the problem. Botox did help a little but not much. And the deodorants would dry out the skin, but my nose would still sweat. Since i have sensitive skin, i read online about oil cleansing your face only. After the first use, my nose stopped sweating. I can not say that this will for everyone, but i am so thrilled that this worked for me. I guess my skin was having a reaction to the products i was using, even though they were all for sensitive skin. I suggest giving it a try and see if it works for you. I really hope this helps someone out there.

I'm going to have to vote "Not Normal" because I've never seen anyone else with this issue . . . besides myself. Yep. Ever since I was a child my nose would bead up even on the coolest California night. I've messed up a lot of otherwise gorgeous pictures this way. (You would think by now I'd know to wipe before I say "Cheese!"

I just happened to "google" this problem to see if anyone else experiences this....smiles! I've always sweated on my nose no matter what...summer or winter. After so many years, I just figured it was normal...for me! I'm always powering my nose but that doesn't stop it. It eventually happens again. As I'm typing this, it's sweating now. I don't have problems with sweating in any other places, just on the tip of my nose. When I visit my doctor, I never think of asking. I'm a very normal & attractive female with GREAT hygiene and really I don't believe anyone notices this but my dad and my husband. Please let me know if anyone else has this problem too. I'd love some answers!

Ive got he same deal with my hands. Its a nerve thing (literally, I'm not talking about anxiety here). There are operations (that are somewhat risky) to correct this if it really bothers you. It's not hormones. Hopefully it's not that big a deal to you.

i've never heard of that, but i'm sure you're not the only one. i don't think it is normal or common though. ask your doctor next time you go, or google it. i'm sure you will find some information about that on the web.
