My new boyfriend has herpes in his blood but we havnt had sex yet i really like him alot but i dont if he's worth taking the risk for haveing sex and haveing a virus in my body for the rest of my life i really dont knw what to do beause i still want to be with him you think he would feel sometype of way if i said i didnt want to have sex nore kiss him or touch him im confused

    You can not catch genital herpes from kissing

    You can however catch HSV1 from kissing if the person you are kissing has a visable coldsore

    Good on him for telling you that he has herpes; but judging by your style of writing, the fact that he hasn't mentioned if its 1 or 2 and that you are in the first place considering unprotected sex especially with someone that has told you that he does have the herpes virus- im gathering you arent very old
