My neighbor believes he discovered a unicorn...iin?

My neighbor who lives next to our house is convinced he saw a unicorn twice now. He says it only comes out at 12am and if he misses it by just a minute, the unicorn goes back into the forest. Where we live, it's a foresty area so we see deer and occasionally bears as well. Well the other day my neighbor approached me and told me he saw a unicorn. That he saw it twice now and that it came out at 12am both times. He said he has his binoculars set up and that I should come over to see it and I could invite a friend.

I doubt the existence but do you think this is normal?

    Was it pink? If it was, then that unicorn was me. I travel the world surfing the wind on my giant floating pink bottle of strawberries and cream shampoo. Now that my existence is known, I must go to the planet Jupiter to harvest dust to create an special potion. With that potion, I will erase both your memories.     I hope he did. What's better is that if what he says is true, he could get evidence and it would be a very cool discovery. It'd very likely make the news. Personally, I would LOVE to see a unicorn. I find them to be quite beautiful and majestic creatures.

    As bizarre as this sounds, they say that post 2012 is the age of enlightenment and unicorns have existed in ancient 'myths'. Don't close your mind to it. In fact try to project your energy towards it, like in peace and maybe even offer it an apple but in your mind being pure and inviting that you mean no harm.

    He more than likely has a psychological problem,honestly whats the chances of seeing a mystical creature at the same time as before, 12:00am?Its clearly a mental problem,I would suggest he gets help before his psychosis gets worse.But for just go along with it.
