My 2nd cousin and i like each other

There's no reason whatsoever why second cousins (or in most cases first cousins) can't have a sexual relationship and if there are no genetic conditions in the family, children too, if that's what they want down the track.

I don't agree with Ellenna on it being okay for first cousins to "do it". I think that is pushing the natural limits of the old gene pool a little too much: the well-being of an innocent child should not depend on a roll of the dice. But it seems to me that a 2nd cousin aught to be far enough removed from what would be considered incest and be within nature's safety zone. So I'd say go for it dude. Human history dictates that what you two are about to do is normal. I'll leave you with two words: latex condom.

There is no reason for cousins not to have (sexual) relationships. Even having children with your 1st cousin doesn't seem to be much of a problem.

I don't see a problem. If you love her, go for it. Second cousin really isn't genetically close. If you were in Iceland you couldn't hope for anything better.
