My muslim roommate is bitch how can i leave the apartment?

I used to be Muslim then after i open my eyes what Muslims are truly are I became agnostic.
My personality
I am nice person. I help those who in need. Sometimes people use me because i am being that way and the moment I notice that I leave them immediately.

Back to this roommate
This roommate is somebody who likes to show off. I show him how muslims married kids to 40 to 50 years men, and he tells me it is so what. I show him how they cut off people heads for adultery and he said so what. He told me to resign the contract for the apartment because he is busy. I was stupid and i sign it by assuming that i would be saving money if i live by my self.

After i sign the contract he start abusing the water and the electricity. He take show 3 times a day. 40 minute each.

I went to my apartment complex and i told them about him and they told me that i have to pay 1700 to cancel the contract.

I told to wash his dishes and i left a notice but he didn't want to. little flies on the plates now and he still doesn't want to wash his dishes. by the way he is from Africa. I tried to text him to lower the music down because he is bothering me and the neighbors he was about to break my door room and tells me why did i text him that. and i have to talk to him in the face. I told him that i will be leaving the apartment but he said i don't care.

I have projector worth 1000$ on the table and he leaves on all night. i buy food he eats my food but does not want to buy food. so i lift the fridge empty. He comes and pray next to me while i watch the tv where he could do it in his room.
of course he work and he has a job. Kick him out is impossible. Pay the money for the cancelling lease fee is impossible because i am student. So is it normal that i should keep living with him? any ideas
