My mother in law is a liar?

I've been married to my husband for 4 years now but we're together 3 years before that. His mother and I would get along in the beginning and she had no problem with me. Until we started getting serious and she started disliking me. A few momths after she stopped like me. One day I had gotten into a situation and I was gonna stay at my boyfriends place for 3 days. He lives with his sister and just told his mom out of respect in case she went and I was there. She started calling me a liar and said I was using him. She then said she was calling me and that she had already spoken to me. (She never called me) I was 19 at the time and I was staying with my mom but still paid rent and bills. So my husbands mom starts telling him that she had called my mom and she was saying she was gonna cuss my mom out. But she never even had my mom's number. She always changes and exaggerates situations, not just with me. Her daughter who was 24 and living on her own, started dating a guy who she didn't like. So she started saying someone was doing witchcraft on her daughter and that she was gonna sue the person who did it to her. But in reality she just didn't like the guy. So she also started telling her daughter that she had the guys number and she was calling him and calling and talking to him. When she never did that. It's really annoying when she does these things and then acts like a victim. She said she wanted to go beat up the "lady who is doing witchcraft" on her daughter. So her daughter said "my mom is grown enough to make her own decisions and if she goes to jail, that's her fault". Her mom found out and started saying her daughter was a piece of shit for saying that. Their dad is really strict and possessive of her daughter so she thought if she told him that their daughter will go back to live with them. Well my mother in law had a kidney taken out because she had kidney stones and throughout the years she got sick. She just got surgery about a 2 months ago and I even started a fund raiser for her around January to help raise money for her surgery. Anyway, she is fine now but is gonna tell her daughter she is sick again, just to make her come live with them again? Because she doesn't like the guy. Because she doesn't like the way he looks or is and because he isn't rich. When they aren't either.

She tried to do the same thing with me and told my boyfriend I was a liar and this shit but she's the one who lies. It's really fustrating. She tries to control a house that she doesn't even live in and she only came by to use the bathroom because she drives a taxi. I live with my bf now, but now in his old house. His sister still lives over there. But even when my husband and I were younger and started getting serious and she started disliking me, when she would go use the bathroom, I had to hide. I got really tired of that. I would sleep over and had to wake up at 5am and take my car and park it somewhere else bc she wasn't suppose to know I was there. Just because she didn't like me, and she didn't even live there.
