My neighbor Todd definitely got breast implants. At first I thought I was seeing things as did my family but then my brother said he spoke to him up close and he had implants. I didn't fully know if I believed this yet so I went up to him one day to ask him about his new car. He had an open sweatshirt on and I could see clear-as-day boobs that weren't there before. I'm talking huge obvious in your face cleavage.

Is there any explanation to this?? I can't figure it out. IIN?

    He might be trans (MtF) and currently in the process of transitioning.

    But then also, What's there to figure out ? His life, his body. Do you want to know details after he totaled a crap ? If neighbor bought a new car, so you need to know why ? Prolly not. So think what you want, but I would say it's his household etc. His choice and his body. Maybe like me, he wants to know how it feels to have real breasts and wear a bra.

    Are you sure they're actual implants and not just a padded bra? If they're real maybe Avant-Garde's right and he's a transexual.
