I use my "magic 8-ball" for practically EVERY choice that I have to make in life, from whether to choose caramel or cookies n creme ("should caramel be my choice?") to important things such as jobs ("is this the right job for me?"). If it says yes I do it, if it says no I don't. So far things have been at an OK level using it like I do, but I think I have a little obsession over it, IIN?

      It says stuff like "certainly" or "looks doubtful" and I decide based on that

    Seeing that it can only answer Yes/No/Maybe, I don't think it's reliable beyond those types of questions.

    I don't know if you're being serious or not though. If you are, I see nothing completely whacked out by it as long as you don't harm anyone.

    People may think you're weird for doing it, but there are many different people who follow/listen to "weirder" things.

    For instance, I'm a Christian and some people would say that I listen to "an invisibly old man living in the sky".

    At least your 8-ball is tangible. ;D
