So my sisters like seven or eight years old I believe that she thinks we all hate her because she's adopted...... She hate when my parents are like "together" ( like when their sleep in the same bed she loses he mind thinking the world hates her ) no a few year back my cousins (her real sister) told her the truth think it a joke and all and I think should found out what it mean but then at times I think she just making it all up to get attention she like a little emo girl but yeah don't know what should I do?

    I hardly have any idea what in the hell you're trying to say, so I suppose for now I'll just suggest that you give her a hug and be more open with her from now on.

    I'm not sure what your post says. I know it is something along the line of your adopted sister not fitting it. Anyway, all you can do is remind her that she belongs and that she IS a part of your family. Include her in family activities, hug her, talk to her, and refer to her as your "sister."

    My guess is that her biological parents gave her up for adoption bcuz of their [inherited] psychiatric issues

    Perhaps, she should be taken to a child therapist who has experience in treating those who have been adopted.

    She sounds very distrustful and maybe even a little paranoid. I have a feeling that she wouldn't trust words/actions coming from her family. She may be more towards words coming from an outside party (this is one part where the therapist would come in.)

    If you feel that a child therapist would be too expensive, there are therapists that take insurance as well as sliding fees.
